Important-Fitting times for Festival Costumes
We are very pleased to inform you, we have found a great costume company that is able to supply us with festival costumes.
The company is based in America, so we have a very tight timescale to work with to ensure all costumes are ordered/delivered in time for both the dress rehearsal (19th Feb) and the February 2011 festival.
With Christmas coming we also need to place orders for accessories ie Character shoes with the other companies (before closure), to ensure the costumes/accessories arrive in plenty of time for February.
In light of this we need all festival pupils to attend the school on either
Thursday between 4.30pm and 7.30pm
or
Friday between 4.30pm and 6.30pm so that all measurements for costumes can be taken and costume invoices given out – a deposit of 20% per costume with balance payable in the new term (date TBC).
