Free running demo by Reno , Jared and Hany.

Meeting point TK Max 12pm Tracy Burgess (costume mistress) will be there to meet all performers.  You will all be taken to changing area to change to start performing at 1pm PROMPT.

Dances will take place in the Market Square (centre of The Mall)…..

The area will be allocated for dancers only and will be have barriers surrounding the area.  Mats will be provided for safety purposes.

Both Risk Assessments, Health and Saftey policies and Insurances have been put forward for this event and all forthcoming events.

You will dance every hour then rest  - 1pm-4pm dances will last approximatley 20mins as follows:

While dancers are not performing the CHEER LEADERS will parade around the MALL with Siobhan & Hannah   (Please remember your POM POMs)

All parents please stay for the duration….. for any reason that you need to leave please leave a contact number with Tracy/Julia or Sharon.

REHEARSAL – FITNESS FIRST Uxbridge.

Parking is available next to the gym however feel free to drop off and collect at 4pm.

Teachers and myself though it may be a good idea for you all to run through your routines together prior to the event  FREE OF CHARGE!!!

Please can you all come along to a Dress rehearsal on Saturday 6th March to start at 3pm.

Please wear costumes, there are changing rooms next to the dance studio.
