Hayes Carnival – 10th July

Below are the confirmed details for Hayes Carnival, we would love to see as many students/families there as possible supporting the school during the day.
Classes taking part in the parade on the day are:
Disco/cheer, Prep Street, Junior Street, Senior Street, and Senior Jazz
We still need you to confirm if you will attending the event and taking part in the parade.
All  pupils taking part in the parade are to meet at Pump Lane in Hayes for 11.30am.  Staff will then complete a head count to confirm who is present and then start parade at 12pm.  Parade should end at 12.30pm at the park.
Please ensure you arrive in school tracksuit and t-shirt.  Cheer students please bring your pompoms along with you.
Later in the day Pink seniors will be performing a lyrical street group dance at 1.48pm on the main stage at the Park.
Also there will two dance workshops being run by Pink details are:
2.30pm baby ballet workshop with Rachel Hannah and Jordan – would be lovely to see some of our students from our pre Juv class there.(location freemans lane/dusky dell)

3.30pm Modern workshop with Hannah and Jordan – again would be great to see some pink students taking part.

ALL CLASSES ON SATURDAY 10TH JULY WILL END AT 11AM – THE SCHOOL WILL BE CLOSED AFTER 11AM TO ALLOW STUDENTS AND TEACHERS ATTEND THE EVENT.

Hayes Carnival 10th July

All students of the academy to attend Hayes carnival for parade in Full Uniform (excluding Pre-Juvenile, Preparartory and Primary ballet and tap classes).

Arrive 11am

Start 12pm

Yaw street group to perform (TBC) seniors who attend Friday class only.

Hayes Cricket Club family fun day on Sunday 30th May

Pink Academy have been invited to perform at Hayes Cricket Club family fun day on Sunday 30th May

We would like the following classes/pupils to perform

Cheerleading, disco, Jazz, Junior street, Elite Group, Free runners – to perform the routine that was performed at Hayes Football Club.

We would also like the following Festival pupils to perform their routines from the April festival
Celeste
Chloe
Sorcha and Lucy
Leah
Katie and Melissa

All pupils (including pupils performing festival routines) to wear school tracksuits, pink hoodie’s if you have one and school t-shirts with black jazz shoes/black dance trainers/boxing style dance boots

Hair to be in a high ponytail with fringe off the face and full make-up.

Rehearsal for the event will be held on Saturday 29th May 3pm to 5pm at Fitness First.

Below are rehearsal dates for the event on 16th May at Hayes Football Club.
All pupils from the following classes are required to attend on the set dates
Thursday 13th May – all pupils from Junior Street class to stay to 8pm – Community Centre
Friday 14th May – all disco and cheer pupils to attend class 5pm to 6pm – Community Centre
Saturday 15th May – all Junior street, disco, cheer pupils, & seniors to attend 3pm to 5pm – Fitness First

& Free running – Jared, Reno, Kimmy and Mason to attend.

All to arrive for 2pm in full uniform with hair tied back and make up.
