We are pleased to announce that DE Photo have been appointed as the Professional Sports Photographers for this event.

This event, by its very nature, is in the public arena and when entering for the event the participant and their parents acknowledges this fact, which may result in the recording and publication of his/her image.

All DE Photo photographers and staff have been CRB checked and the company operates a strict Child Protection Policy and Code of Ethics

Pre-ordered photos will now be larger ‘size 7 x 5′ in colour with a Christmas background in a mount that you will be able to take away on the day the cost is £9 per image.  The Academy will pay the difference for you, as a Christmas token to you all!

You will be able to have additional photographs taken with your family members, friends, with Santa, in your party wear or festival costumes, after the Awards. Payment will have to be made to DE Photo on the day, for you to take away your images of the day.

Term ends 12th December2009 – CLASSES WILL RUN AS USUAL IE: BALLET/TAP/DISCO

Please note if for any reason you cannot make the presentation day on 12th December 2009 your Awards and Certificates will be held in the school office for your collection.  (Please note classes resume 4th January 2010).

We have always given out all awards after the event date in previous years.

I think there has been a lack of misunderstanding/communication, as per the memo handout!

Thank you and I look forward to seeing those that will be coming along  on the 12th.
