Disclaimer -Parent signature required

Parent/Guardian/ pupil over 16 years whom attends the Academy, please  come along to the school office to sign a Disclaimer form.

You will also be given a formal letter (for your information only) advising you of legal proceedings that are currently taking place against a parent.

Please do be aware of changes now put into place from immediate effect, if your account is overdue your child will not be permitted to take part in class untill the account is settled in full.
